Greenhopper upgrade from 6.0.x to 6.1.1 created duplicated custom fields and broke scrum boards

For some reason update thru UPM created duplicate fields for Story points and Sprint custom fields.

Any ideas why and how to fix this?

I was able to copy values from old fields to new ones using Groovy Script Runner canned script.

Then removed old fields. It appears to work fine now
