How can I add Acceptance Criteria as a separate field under the Description field to User Story and Bug issues?

Adding as a text field in the right-hand column of the issue is not want I want.

if you are on cloud and using the new issue view then if your custom field is a multi-line text field it should default under the Description.

Isn't it the opposite? Right side for New Issue view and left side for Old Issue view?
