I found this info about very useful updates to Jira Service Desk portal to the Server customers. How can we get the same portal customisations for Cloud version?

Is there a way to customize a login page (e.g. put the announcement on the log in page and not after the customer has logged in)?

Thank you for this. I think it is quite a complicated work-around for a very simple change we want, which is a message (announcement) on the log-in screen.

You can use any third party add-ons for cloud portal customizing: Refined - Structure and Theme JSD Cloud is one of the add-ons.
