Permissions issues in JIRA CLOUD

Hi,

I need to hide the projects on our main portals, we have around 28 to 30 projects. Only few of them should be visible to the customers. For this i tried much to google and found the solution which actually worked fine. But i am getting a error message on all the projects now. Why is it happening? what i need to change? please suggest.

In the permissions.--->Browse project > I removed> Service desk customer - portal access

I would suggest you provide the steps of what you did or the link and relevant section for what you did so we can better assess the possible issue here.
