Can a non-administrator user not see reports?
Hello,
All users can see the reports menu. But if a user can not see issues, on which the report built, then the user will not see results of the report.
for example, can all service desk team see the slas reports?
I wish they couldn't access these reports
Yes, the whole team can see the SLAs reports. You can not change it.
