Workflows Does Not Show Transitions

Is it happen because I add on JIRA MISC CUSTOM FIELDS ?

Please suggest how to set for showing transition in issue screen.

I have already check all think.

And the last way that I did.

Remove the transition and add it again.

It 's show properly.

* Check Permissions for "Issue transitions". This will confirm who can transition the issues.
* Check the condition on transition. This will indicate who can see and execute the transition.
