Queue Counts in Jira Service Desk

Hey

trialling Jira Service Desk

when we make a change in an issue - seems to take forever - or if at all to update the Queue counts - unless there is a page refresh ofc

the page is not live ? self refreshes?

Can you please mention whether you are using jira-service-desk-cloud or jira-service-desk-server and tag it accordingly?
