Not sure where to look to fix. Have restarted a few times.

Fixed issue. I was clicking the jira core license under paste license.

Instead of Jira Software the pencil icon to edit the existing license.

Yeah, but use thed new license that I just renewed from the renewal email that expires in 2020

Do you mean that you just updated from 7.6.1 and provided the same license as it was on 7.6.1?
