Using Service Desk Cloud. Trying to add new portal only customers. When I choose the Customers tab, it doesn't load. After several attempts to refresh the page, it will typically load. Problem is recent. Anyone else experiencing this?

Issue has been resolved in the ticket with support team. How it was resolved was not communicated with me.
What resolved the issue - not sharing what fixed the issue makes the community page useless
