I could only see the second image link and that is not a next-gen project. It is a classic template.

Thanks Jack. I created it following the instructions, but if you can advise how to check whether its a Next-Gen project using JIRA Cloud, it would be much appreciated!

To create a NG project

click on the magnifying glass
at the bottom select project in the drop down
on the projects page click create project
you should see two options next gen and classic. If you do not then the admin may have disabled allowing NG creation
