Decision macro in meeting notes does not work

Question

Hi everybody,

I am having some troubles when creating a meeting note. Everything from "Date" to "Action Items" works good but when it comes to the Decisions, the macro is not working and after saving the meeting, it does not show the green arrow but "/decision". Also, when clickin on "+" on the tool bar, I can insert everything expect "Other macros". When I click on it, I don't receive an error message but simply nothing happens.

What is causing this problem and how can I solve this?

Hey Frederica, thanks for getting back to us.

Could you share with us a screenshot of how things are looking like on your side? The screenshots can be from both edit mode and view mode of the affected pages.

I am currently unable to replicate this behaviour, which is why I am asking for the screenshots to better understand this situation.

Please, be careful not to display any sensitive data within those screenshots. Our Community is an open space and everyone can see the data posted here!

Hi Diego,

I tried both Chrome and Edge but the browser dorsn't change anxthing.

Regarding to your questions:

1. We started to work in Confluence last week and we faced this problem right away

2. Yes, it is affecting all users

Hello there!

Hey Federica as I understand the /decision is not working as expected. We could start by trying out another browser.

Or if we can not use another browser, we can try to clear the browser cache or even the browser's incognito mode.

If this yields no results, could you clarify a few points for us:

* When did you first face this issue?
* Is this affecting all users?
* Has this worked at some point in the past?
* Are older pages with the /decision structure still displaying correctly?
