After upgrade no welcome-guide

I upgraded JIRA and installed JIRA Service Desk. I created an IT Help desk and if directs me the welcome-guide but nothing is displayed.

when you say nothing is display do you mean a blank screen? Which browser are you using and version. I ran into an issue with users of IE that required an update to the browser. Check Firefox/Chrome/Safari.

What version of JIRA & JSD are you upgrading from & to?

we have the same issue, how did you resolve this?

Jira v8.5.6

JIRA Service Desk Application v4.5.6

tried on different browsers, same issue.
