Creating Custom Triggered Notifications

Hi,

I have created a bug tracker board in JIRA and added some custom fields (Level and Severity). Is it possible that if some creates a bug on that board with Severity = 1, then certain users automatically gets a notification that a Severity 1 issue is been created or even better get a text?

Hi Talha - Welcome to the Community!

You would need to use a Marketplace App add-on such as Automation for JIRA or ScriptRunner or PowerScripts since it would be triggered by a field value change and not on a transition.
