Thank you for sharing detail.

But, "Sub-task" don't be displayed on my JIRA board.

Instead, only "Convert to Subtask" is displayed.

Create sub-tasks directly under Story. Sub-task issues are generally used to split up a parent issue into a number of tasks which can be assigned and tracked separately.
