if we create couple of bugs in a project, do we need to create sprint or can we complete it without sprint?
you certainly don't need to add them to a sprint to work them to closure. in fact many development teams do not track bugs w/in the sprint. you might want to create a kanban board for the bugs so you have a board where you can view/manage them.
