Who can help in populating jira addons on top right corner?
Is there any point of contact whom I can contact for enabling the feature for adding addons for jira?
In order to an add on to Jira you’ll need to be a Jira admin. I would suggest reaching out to your local admin.

You need admin rights on the Jira instance to install the apps/plugins. Once the relevant apps are installed only then you can see their option in the top right corner.
You have to install add-ons from the UPM interface
