I've created a profile page and wanted to add a header photo. No matter what photo I try to upload it will just churn indefinitely. I cna't find any documentation regarding this "feature"
Sounds like the photo is to large. I don't know what the maximum size is but you should try using a smaller image and see if that helps. If not then you might try a different browser and see if it is a cache issue.
Thanks Brant. That sounds plausible. BTW, I finally got a JPEG to load quickly enough that I do know it should work. It seemed frustrating that the help pages didn't mentiuon any specific requirements or limitations.
