In the IM status connector, how can I connect Mattermost or Slack?

How can Mattermost and Slack (which use the same protocol) be connected to the Confluence cloud solution, specifically the IM presence plugin?

For the Atlassian self-hosted versions, there is an webhook page in the administration. How is it done in Confluence cloud?
