I have really struggled with finding the right solution to moving from Server to Cloud when the users used to be synced with AD. I don't seem to be able to synchronize between the two user directories (Jira Internal Directory and Active Directory server) as somewhere suggested, and I really see no user import User option whatsoever (CSV import is only for issues or users to Crowd). Is this really not possbile at all? There are not that many users so if I could insert them manually.
The "funny" thing is I see some "users" that have started projects but they give errors elsewhere in the system. This is increadibly frustrating!
