I am looking to create a custom notification so that the editors in my group get notified when a task is transitioned to the status "Editorial Rev." Does anyone know how to do that?
I looked at this article, but I don't have the same options under the settings icon. https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/configure-a-custom-event-notification-for-a-specific-jira-workflow-transition-or-status-720831525.html?_ga=2.212898132.1771541091.1552340258-1490642606.1552340258
Can anyone suggest an alternative?
