Option to create software project is missing.

Question

Hi,

I'm running jira software 8.0 under an evaluation license for server on windows 7,  There WAS an option to create software project the other day，then all of a sudden I can find it any more, and under "Manage apps" section, I find that all the 269 modules of JIRA Agile are disabled, and I can find any buttons/links to enable it.

I appreciate any help to trouble-shoot this problem, Thanks in advance!

1. Have tried restart jira service with no luck,

2. Ram was sufficient!

3. I found something in one of the log files:

Hello,

This seems like a cliche but have you tried to shut down jira and start up again? Also did you check out logs if there are any indications why agile apps are disabled? Could it be because ram was insufficient and Jira disabled them automatically?
