Can you restore some files using the jiracloud restoration?

Hello

My name is Gonzalo and I work with Jiracloud in the company where I work. I have made backups and I have doubts.

- Can be done daily using the api?
- Can you just restore an issue? because I see that it completely restores the instance.

I appreciated your help, since I'm trying a program called skyvia in the same way and it's quite useful. But I need to do it in the company if I use additional programs.

1. It can be done by API. Have a look at this KB:

2. You can not restore an issue, you will restore the whole instance.
