Migrate the Jira instance to another VM

Hi,

I already installed the jira software on a virtual machine. I like to acquire a license for 100 users. Before doing so I need to be sure that, once I generate a license using the Server ID, I will be able to migrate to another VM easily if needed without having a license issue. Can you explain how can we migrate the license if the server id changes?

This isn’t an issue. As long as you are using the SEN only on one instance you will be ok. There is a document that explains migration to new server. Go to support.atlassian.com and search the docs when you need it.
