how to change the localhost to URL?

Hello all,

I keep getting an error when I change the Base URL in the browser settings System>General Configuration>Base URL.

I am trying to switch the Base URL from http://localhost:8080 to http://jira.shcstheheart.org:8080.

I can't access the new URL at all. I can access JIRA by going to localhost again, but JIRA gives me errors that my URL is not working right.

I think I have to change something in the server.xml file, but I am not sure what to change. I am attaching my server.xml file so maybe someone can let me know what I need to change.

Hi @IT Support , please look up proxyName and change the value of that to your domain name.

Usually I make a change to the context path. Please click here for more information

Please before making any changes to server.xml make a copy so that you are on the safe side.
