I have 2 transitions for a workflow, they have opposite conditions.
One has the condition "The field X will have to be equal to value 'Y'. Compared as String."
The other has the condition "The field X will have to be not equal to value 'Y'. Compared as String."
They both are transitions from the "WAITING FOR SUPPORT" status to "IN PROGRESS".
They have different screens associated with them. That's my main goal, show a screen with some fields depending on the field checked at the condition.
No matter what I do, only the second one shows up, which is also the original transition from the workflow.
I already tested the condition in the queue and the values used are the same.
Does anyone have any idea what I'm doing wrong?
