Add a new person to an existing project

Question

Hi, I'm trying to add a new person to an existing project. I've updated People and Permissions sections, and checked the permissions helper to see if they have access - for which Jira confirms they do (see screengrab below). However when she tries to access this project she is told it's either been deleted or she does not have permission

Can anyone advise please?

Emma,

Look in your permission scheme and make sure that the new person has BROWSE permission. It could be that project admins don't have browse project permission.
