Depending on the type of Jira you have installed, you can download it from these links:

* Jira Core
* Jira Software

I believe, 713000 should be Jira 7.13.0. So you can search for this release on the corresponding page.

Hi @Ashish kumar Singh,

as Nic mentions in this thread, the proper way of solving this is:

* get a Jira instance with the correct older version
* import your project
* upgrade it to your current version
* then export the project again
* import it in your real Jira instance

Since you have such a minor version difference, you could also try out to replace the version numbers in the xml (at your own risk).
