Board on JIRA Core server

Hi everyone,

I've been testing Jira Core Cloud and so far, it has been pretty nice.

So friday, we decided to install Jira Core Server and get on with it for our organisation. However, I can't find a Kanban Board on this version. Is that normal ?

Is there an free add-on (server version) that could cover this missing feature ?

I can't check it by myself, since the server Jira is installed on, doesn't have an internet connection.

Hello,

If you install Jira Core, then boards for Core exist only in Cloud. For Server you would need Jira Software to use boards.

First of all, thanks for your quick answer.

However, in said discussion, it has been nearly 2 years since someone mentionned :

"Boards for Core are a "labs" feature on Cloud installations only.
They're definitely coming, but they're not quite ready yet, so they aren't on Server versions"

And the add-on indicated (Cards) isn't free.

Do you know of anything similar which would not be charged ?
