Change Email on Atlassian using Google account

Question

Hi,

I have an account in Atlassian an I created it using my personal Google account. At the moment I have a Google account of my company. I want to change the email from the personal one to the professional one because all notifications (even if I have inserted my professional email as alias) arrives only at my personal email.

Can you help me?

looks like your organization is using G suite with JIRA. if that is the case an administrator has to do that.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. Sadly it does not work for me.

If I go in the EMAIL tab I just got this message: "Your account is managed by Google.
Go to your Google account settings to change your email address."

you can go to https://id.atlassian.com/

and then click on EMAIL tab and then enter your NEW email and click SAVE CHANGES.
