I have JIRA software+ servicedesk plugin , but i dont see webhook option.
Webhook automation THEN action is only available from JSD 3.2.0: https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedesk/jira-service-desk-3-2-x-release-notes-830281732.html. It is available for both server and cloud version.
