we are experiencing issues with trello not updating/refreshing -anyone else?

We are adding/moving/updating cards in trello and it looks like it has saved and then when look again cards have moved back to original position etc - then have to log out and log back in again to get most up to date cards.  very odd and confusing behaviour!

Welcome to the Atlassian community!

This behavior where cards appear to save a move and then snap back to their old position is actually something other Trello users have reported before. It’s typically due to sync issues between your browser/app and Trello’s servers. The good news is that this issue usually resolves itself within a few hours as the system catches up and syncs correctly.

However, if you'd like to get this fixed sooner, I recommend your try some options below:

  • Try a different browser or incognito mode — this can isolate potential browser issues.
  • Reach out to Trello Support directly at https://support.atlassian.com/trello/ so they can look into the issue more quickly.
