Hi,
I’m reaching out because we’re a bit confused about the member limits in our Trello workspaces.
We currently have one admin account that manages three different workspaces, all on the Free plan. Across all workspaces there are 10 different members in total, but they participate in the workspaces in different combinations.
Here is what we currently see in the workspace member counters:
What confuses us is the following:
In the workspace that shows 6/10, we are still able to add more members. However, in the workspace that shows 4/10, Trello does not allow us to add additional members, even though it appears there should still be capacity.
Could you please help us understand! Thanks in advance for your help!
Best regards
Hey @Sven Nienhaus
In free plan trello is limited by collaborators, which is (members, board guests, pending invites).
In paid plans, limits are different and calculation formula is different.
So, you would have to check if there's guests or pending invites to these workspaces. :)
And if you have free time, i would really suggest you to read this post on community, where limits and definitions are explained by Atlassian team:
