👋 Hey everyone!
I just wanted to introduce myself—I know some lovely folks in the Toronto Atlassian community, and I’d love to connect with more of you!
I’m Mayank, a longtime Jira user who’s been a QA, business analyst, and product guy. I spent the last few years leading product management at Tempo, helping scale Timesheets and Planner, so I’ve been deep in the world of building for Atlassian users.
After years of dealing with manual, reactive, and time-consuming documentation (let’s be honest, nobody enjoys it 😅), I decided to do something about it. Last year, I started FastDoc, an AI-powered tool that helps teams using Jira and Confluence automate documentation so it’s effortless and actually useful.
The struggle was real:
I’ve lived these challenges firsthand, and I believe documentation should never slow teams down. Imagine a world where release notes write themselves, product updates are always clear, and no one has to chase SMEs for details. That’s what we’re building with FastDoc.
This year, I want to contribute more—share best practices, learn from all of you, and have more conversations about making work better. So, I’m starting here!
Does this resonate with you? How does your team handle documentation today? Would love to hear your thoughts.
Looking forward to meeting folks at the next Toronto ACE event! 🚀
