I just signed up for a trial, filed all details and put my credit card also in billing. The  Rovo Dev app does not work on my account, i done everything to set it up with vs code and terminal, gives me a message: You've reached your Rovo Dev credit limit....it is a bug or i have to do something else to get it started?!

Hey @Loginc Cucu

Please submit a case here: https://customerfeedback.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/159/group/220/create/3002

and please share your cloudId/aaids in there so we can take a look at it in the backend?

@Jovana Dunisijevic

Wouldn't it be a poor plan for the author to share that information on this publicly accessible forum?

Can you not create a support case for this person and get the information through that more secure channel?

Hello @Loginc Cucu

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Disclaimer: I have not worked with Rovo Dev.

I found this documentation that talks about Rovo Dev credits. Have you already reviewed it and compared it to your usage?

Love your disclaimer @Trudy Claspill yet your guidance is still accurate. This isn’t expected trial behavior. There was a known issue where users were incorrectly shown “credit limit reached” even with little or no usage, especially during recent changes to Rovo Dev credits. So this is likely a backend bug, not your setup. Raise a support ticket and include your cloudId so they can fix it on their side.
