Migration from Cloud to Server

Question

Dear community,

Is it possible to keep Jira Software in Cloud and shift to Server for Jira Service Management and Conflunce?

In case not, and all Atlassian Products need to stay either in Cloud or Server, migration from Clould to Server is it possible? How does this can happen?

Server has been sunset, and you can't buy licenses anymore.

There's still Data Center, but that is more expensive.
