We support HTTP(s) and SSH for Git commands.  That being said we have an extensive REST API you can use from any tool that can make HTTP requests:

* https://developer.atlassian.com/server/bitbucket/rest/v811/intro/#about

So the support is there in case you want to check more in detail.
