ADFS affecting access to Bitbucket and Trello

Hi,

We are about to setup SSO on using Access and ADFS, but we have questions.

Before claiming our domain we had teams that were already using Trello and Bitbucket which were managed by their respective departments (billing/roles/etc).

Now that we claimed the domain, the users are managed via Access, which is ok.

The question is does activating SSO via ADFS affect our users to accessing their current independent Trello and Bitbucket setups?
