Hi folks, 

Thanks to those who registered for and attended the second session of Opsgenie Migration office hours! It's our pleasure to host these sessions & provide support to our community. Thank you for your time!

After each session, we'll post a wrap-up and answer unanswered questions in the Opsgenie Migration group.

Question: What is the service collection fee? Does this cost cover in the JSM enterprise plan? 

Answer: No, so service collection is the same as JSM, so JSM has been rebranded as Service Collection. The fee will be exactly the same as what JSM has been. Of course, I think there has been a price increase that was called out a couple of months back, so that will be the new service collection fee. It's just that JSM and other you know, products are clubbed under service connection. There is no additional fee, you're just getting more products under the same Collection banner. It's more rebranding than… Fee increase.
