Can Questions for Confluence Cloud App be used as a trigger on Confluence automation rules

We currently make use of Questions for Confluence cloud app for knowledge sharing within the organization.

Use case: When a user asks a question in Confluence and selects a specific topic (tag), an automation rule should get triggered to send notifications to a MS Teams channel.
