XRAY Imports - Test Steps are not sequenced

While importing a TEST with 20+ Manual Test Steps in to JIRA using XRAY - we see the TEST Steps are not posted in the sequence it is created in CSV. The Step that is marked as index=0 in the CSV is posted as Step 4 or 16 in JIRA.

Hi Karthik,

When importing manual tests steps, they should appear according to your specified order.

Did you use the test importer from Jira? Because Xray comes with a Test Case Importer. Read more about it here, in our documentation.

If you need, please open a ticket in our Support Channel and you can add screenshots too.
