Unable to add a new project for testrail integration

Hello Team,

We currently have an add-on for testrail added to jira with an option to restrict it to specific projects. We are trying to add new projects to it and it doesn't save the option. Can you please suggest what do we do in that case? The projects with existing integration seem to work fine
