We have a board that contains multiple projects.  The epics at the top of the StoryMap are not reflecting all of the stories that the epic contains.  For example epic TMOTOT-36 contains a number of stories, many of which are closed, yet only the stories in backlog status are showing up this not giving an accurate picture of the size of the epic nor progress towards completion.

In this image you can see that the epic has 20 points and is showing 0% completion.

And in this image you can see that there are a number of storied in this epic that are completed.

So why is this happening and how to I fix it?

Hi @Allan Pape

Thanks for reaching out via the Atlassian Community. My name is Teagan and I am Head of Product at Easy Agile.

To help me troubleshoot what might be happening, I'm going to need some more information. Could you please send the following information through to support@easyagile.com:

  • Are all the issues linked to the epic showing on the story map when no filters have been toggled on?
  • Does your board filter explicitly reference status? i.e. projects in (A,B,C) AND status in ("In Progress", "Backlog") ORDER BY Rank ASC
  • Does the board filter return all issues linked to the epic?

Thanks Allan, looking forward to getting this resolved for you soon
