We need to restrict the particular project issue's attachment count. Is there any way to do this? Or
1. If user uploaded the file with name "file.txt". Then if he again uploaded the same file "file.txt", it should through error that the "file name is already exist". This way we can prevent the duplicate attachments. But current functionality is allowing same files multiple times. Please help me on the above two issues(1. Restrict count, 2. Prevent duplicate attachments)
