Hi,
We have established a bridge b/w QC 10 and Jira 5.1.6 (JAM Plugin 7.1).
The auto sync from Jira to QC is happening as expected however sync from QC to Jira is not happening automaticly. We need to force it - maually to get it sync.
Could anyone please help us on this?

Most likely it is because there is some time difference between jira and qc server, or the soap service server.
You can enter the time difference in the JAM configuration area.

We have already raised this at jira.go2group.com.
Ticket No PLUGINJAM-2005 raised by Kanchan Pal.
Its a high priority for us and the we have renewed our licenses for this QC - JIRA integration and stakeholders are looking for an update.
JIRA to QC Sync is working fine, QC to JIRA is not happening. All logs and screenhots have been attached to the above mentioned case.
Could we please have a call or a web meeting to resolve this ASAP. We are based in India: MUMBAI (APAC Region. IST)
