Sometimes a developer tags the issue in perforce with the incorrect JIRA id . Sometimes an additional issue link is required and this is adde din the perforce changelist
I have noticed latesly that the rescan of the perfoce changelist in fisheye is instantaneous.
However the update does not pass through to the JIRA issue , (previously it used to update after a period of time )
