We're creating a series of weekly blogs that are published individually, but also collectively using 'Edit ‘Blog Posts & Pages’ Macro'.

All the blogs have a Brightcove video in them, plus a manual link. The Brightcove link should appear as a thumbnail in the blog listing page, and they all do - all expect one.

We tried deleting the macro n the original blog and starting again, but it still doesn't appear. We've also checked the HTML and there's nothing odd there.

Does anyone have any ideas about why this is happening and how to fix it?

We're running Confluence Server latest in a variety of browsers, including Chrome and FF.

Hi Mick

Oli from bitvoodoo here. To help you we need more information about the storage format of your blog, your settings of the macro and so on.

If you like, you can open a support ticket in our service desk https://support.bitvoodoo.ch/ so that we can communicate and solve your issue there :)

Thank you

Oli

Oli,

thanks. I'll talk to our IT people and see what I can find out before raising a ticket.

Cheers

Oli,

I'm not sure if this helps, but I was given this link: https://confluence.atlassian.com/conf66/confluence-storage-format-943961944.html

We're running V6.6 server.

The Blog Posts & Pages macro has many settings, do you need to know them all?

Yes this storage format I mean.

Maybe you can share the storage format of the page with the macro - we will see the macro configuration then.

Cheers

Oli
