In Jira Cloud is there a way to add the impediment flag comments box to the issues?

I am looking to add a the impediment flag to the issues and the comment box is not showing the one you see when you right click and add an impediment. Is there a way to get it to display>?

Hi Sara,

My experience has been that if you add the flag while you are on the board, then you get the Comment box. If you do it as an edit to the field inside the card/issue, then you do not get the Comment box. 

Not sure why it is designed that way.

ok thanks we were able to find the comment box on the old view under edit. Do you know if we can make the old view so everyone can see it and not the new view?

Sure - each person needs to click on his/her avatar and then select Personal Settings (or maybe just Settings if using the old left Mac bar).

Then scroll about halfway down to the Jira Labs section. 
There you can toggle off and on the New Jira Issue View.

Is there a way to do it at the enterprise level and not have to rely on the 2000 users we have to each do it individually?

I don't believe so. :-(

We have about half on one and half on the other in our office of 900.
