Hi, I want to know if it is possible to create an automation that when I create a specific issue, it will automatically create a "ticket" in a jira service management
Hi @Yoav Friedman ,
this is possible with Automation, you can create a rule like this :
This way, the automation will create a ticket in my Service Management project (in my screenshot, "ITSM project"). You can then add some conditions if you want.
Let me know if this helps,

Is there a way to link the newly created issues to the original issues?

Hi @Paula Manildi ,
yes you can add to the Create Issue action the "Linked Issues" field :

Yes - helpful. When I first choose Linked issues, I didn't see the other options.

Hi @Alexis Robert
I wanted to ask about "Linked Issues" in Jira Cloud.
What does it mean if an issue is "Blocked by" other issue.
When I do that it appears in the issue but it doesn't really block anything.
