Getting the following errors related to the bubbles plugin after a re-importing space that was exported from the same confluence instance (after changing space name and key):

2016-02-28 16:40:35,509 ERROR [Long running task: Importing data] [sf.hibernate.util.JDBCExceptionReporter] logExceptions Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_OS_PROPERTYENTRY_7C3A67EB'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.OS_PROPERTYENTRY'. The duplicate key value is (confluence_ContentEntityObject, 199343510, com.adaptavist.bubbles.forum.FORUM_TOPIC_PAGE).

The following SQL query:

select * FROM OS_PROPERTYENTRY WHERE entity_key LIKE '%com.adaptavist.bubbles.forum.FORUM_TOPIC_PAGE%';

resulted with hundreds of records with 7 digit entries.

note that bubbles plugin has been uninstalled although com.adaptavist.confluence.forums is currently present in the instance (confluence 5.6.6)

Question:

# Are the records above safe to be deleted since we are no longer having the bubbles plugin?
# We have a support ticket running with a customer in CSP-170377. Please provide us an account to be included in the ticket.

Thanks,

Monique - Atlassian Support

Hi Monique,

My name is Rafael Franco and I'm the Tech Lead of the Product Team here at Adaptavist.

Regarding your question, it should be safe to remove those records since we refactored Community Forums to remove all traces of Bubbles, so there isn't any reference to Bubbles anymore.

I would also recommend you install the latest Community Forums version compatible with 5.6.

Can you clarify what do you mean by providing an account to be included in the ticket?

Hope it helps, but don't hesitate to ask further questions.

Rafael

Hi Rafael,

Thanks for your clarifications smile

Originally i'd like to ask your account in SAC so that we could cc'd you in the ticket but since you've answered the first question, i guess there's no need of that.

Thanks!

-Monique
