As per the details you provided, you are using the add-on Automated Log Work, is that correct?
If so, I searched on their documentation and since March last year, it’s possible to start multiple timers in automated mode, but then there is a documentation from December about one timer per user, but I think it may help you where to find the setting to enable the multiple timer per user.
